Pastured Beef
Dexter beef is known for excellent marbling, tenderness and flavor. Ours are humanely raised on pasture in Colorado. Typical hanging (dressed) weight of a full Dexter is 375-425lbs. Dexter crosses run about 100lbs more. You will pay the actual hanging weight at at a cost per pound. The price below is the required non-refundable deposit on your whole, half or quarter beef and will be applied toward your total bundle cost. You will be invoiced for the balance when the processor informs us of the actual hanging weight. You will pay the processor directly for processing costs. A cut sheet will be provided.
