We chose Idaho Pasture Pigs (IPP) because they thrive on pasture as the main staple of their diet. In the winter they eat hay, much of which is grown on our fields and are supplemented with grain during the colder months. This is the non-refundable deposit. When we know the hanging or dressed weight of your pork you are then billed per pound times the weight (lbs) of your whole or half pig (less your initial deposit).
