Pastured Beef Grain Finished Option
***We are now offering the option for you to purchase a whole Dexter beef that is raised on pasture and finished on grain. *** Dexter beef is known for excellent marbling, tenderness and flavor. Ours are humanely raised on pasture in Colorado. Typical hanging (dressed) weight of a grain finished full Dexter is 400-450lbs. You will pay the actual hanging weight at a cost of $5.50/pound for whole beef, $6.00/pound for half beef or $6.50/pound for 1/4 beef (less your initial deposit). The price listed is the required non-refundable deposit on your whole beef and will be applied toward your total bundle cost. You will be invoiced for the balance when the processor informs us of the actual hanging weight. You will pay the processor directly for processing costs. A cut sheet will be provided.
