Dexter beef is known for excellent marbling, tenderness and flavor. Ours are humanely raised on pasture in Colorado. Typical hanging (dressed) weight of a full Dexter is 375-425lbs. You will pay the actual hanging weight at a cost of $5/pound for whole beef, $5.50/pound for 1/2 beef or $6/pound for quarter beef (less your initial deposit). The price listed is the required non-refundable deposit on your whole, half or quarter beef and will be applied toward your total bundle cost. You will be invoiced for the balance when the processor informs us of the actual hanging weight. You will pay the processor directly for processing costs. A cut sheet will be provided.
